The 1DOWN5UP platform provides educational services in motorcycle sports and safe riding. By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Service Usage

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not violate the rights of other users
• Not use the platform for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

3. Booking and Cancellation

When booking training sessions and events:

• Applications are sent to the administrator and confirmed individually
• Cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the session
• In case of no-show without notice, the administration reserves the right to restrict booking access

4. Training Safety

By participating in offline training, you:

• Agree to use protective gear
• Accept responsibility for following safety rules
• Confirm the absence of medical contraindications
• Agree to follow instructor directions

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (texts, images, videos, courses) is the intellectual property of 1DOWN5UP. Copying, distributing, or using content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions due to technical reasons
• Actions of third parties
• Results obtained during training (each student progresses individually)

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. By continuing to use the platform after changes, you accept the updated terms.
